About Me

I’m Michele, a Laurier business grad who currently lives in Ontario, Canada but can never seem to stay in one place for too long. Along with my love for travel, I absolutely love being in the kitchen. Although cooking is quite fun, making desserts is my passion. Most of my baking abilities come from a combination of YouTube, my mom, and Pinterest. I also love endurance athletics. By endurance I mean I love to sit on my bike for 6 hours or go for 3 hours runs… you know for fun. When I’m not traveling, eating and exercising, I’m a marketing specialist that loves creativity as much as I love numbers. And there you have it, me in a nutshell!

About the Blog

I spent the summer of my second year as an intern on Wall St, in NYC and blogged about the entire experience. I’ve been hooked ever since and wanted to start this blog as a personal project to document all that I accomplish in the coming years. More specifically, I have a never-ending bucket list. The list has never been written down but, time and time again I come across all sorts of amazing bucket list items and think, I really want to do that. So here’s to me making the most of life and day by day checking those things off the master list. Although, based on experience, this list is only a stepping stone. The best adventures are those that are unplanned and/ or spontaneous. So here’s to planning to learn how to make croissants from scratch, drinking beer at Oktoberfest in Munich and riding a gondola in Venice and actually taking a pastry course in Paris, skydiving over the Swiss Alps and sailing off the coast of Barcelona.

On an ending note, I’d like to point out that despite my best efforts, my spelling and grammar will always be a work in progress, so bear with me. Enjoy my adventures, and I hope they inspire you to chase your own dreams and create your own extraordinary memories. Cheers!
